Exercise Philosophy
Physical change through exercise is a process known as adaptive response. Simply put, whether you are toning, building or reducing, your physiology will respond to meet the demands placed upon it. To maximize the adaptive response, training protocols must continue to challenge you. At Ultimate Health we incorporate not only various weight training protocols, but other disciplines such as Pilates, kick boxing, suspension, core and functional training to effect recruitment of as many muscle groups as possible. See training for description.
Strength training is not enough, your ultimate health requires workout programs that enhance stability, flexibility, aliment, balance, coordination and of course aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
I have trained moms, dads, students, teachers, grooms, brides, firemen, policemen, marines, Navy SEALS, actors, professional athletes, and everyone has a fitness threshold. Elevating that threshold will bring you ultimate results. *
